Anto is dumb as a box of rocks. He pays no attention t anyone on his team and his sad attempts now to be a 'leader' are a poor reflection of his true leadership. He cares more about his own self promotion and position than anyone else on his team. He has been a worthless leader and not someone that has motivated anyone on his team to perform, which is why he is at the bottom
