You people are so stupid. It is sad. It's all spam. More I read on this site the less I want to work in pharma. There has to be hr to voice your issues to? Most of these threads seem so sad. you hate your job, quit. If you can deal with it, put on a face and smile. Nothing will ever be perfect. Its a job though. Just voice your concerns maturely before they come back to kick you. IP addresses are traced.
 




IP addresses traced? What propaganda!! Without a court order, I don't think so! And really, not withstanding the removal of strings every three to four days, cafepharma offers justice when there is no other forum. In the last three weeks: three individuals have left or were shown the door! HR is reading this.....and responding. The author of this string should probably take notice..or hire a lawyer.

i agree with the first poster.. you all need to grow up. You should thank your lucky stars that you even have a job, any job, in this economy. And anyone who believes that people are fired from upsher-smith based on what people anonymously post on this website are beyond delusional.

You're right, they checked into it, found out it was true, and then fired them(forced resignation).
I guess getting harassed is a small price to pay for having a job - thank our lucky stars.
 


If you're sensitive there is harassment from top to bottom. Its like kindergarten and alot of people fail being nice. Suck it up. It's life. The people leaving are the least of anyone's problem.

Are you people for real? You honestly think that due to a poor economy we should thank our lucky stars that we are employed and that being harassed in the work place is a small price to pay? That had to be written by one of our boys in the club or someone in HR.
 






125% is the max according to the plan (written by the puppets of upper management or HR). Suck up the sexual harrasement, just accept it and be lucky to have a job, it's not like anyone is breaking the law or anything.
Can someone tell me how we grew Klor Con so much? Do we have finance to thank for that?
 


125% is the max set by the shareholders (dad, mom, son, daughter). In this case it is fairly generous given all gains are due to price increases rather than volume.

After they scale back the individual contribution, you might have a slight gain due to the 125%. The usual suspects will get to enjoy the banner year!
 


The message they're sending is loud and clear, there is no relationship between company performance and bonus. Profits go up seven fold and the payout barely budges. All Mark needs to say is cut everyone a check for little(or a lot) extra, and it would happen.

Who are the greedy? Those who arbitrarily raise prices, and boast of the profits as if it's due to genius, or those who hoped for a decent sharing of the pot?

What is not good is taking a big dump on everyone who actually contributed to the success this year and then rewarding all of National Accounts (the usual suspects) with Presidents Club. I thought Presidents Club was just for us sales reps? Rewarding them is a joke, they can't sell heaters to eskimos in the winter and they certainly don't "arbitrarily raise prices". At least we have finance to thank for raising prices so we get something.

Well if our genius leaders in sales and marketing can't figure out how to make the company grow with oh, I don know, maybe some new "innovative" products then thank God finance has a few tricks to play.
