So let me see if I have this right. Cadence gets bought for $1.3 Billion, and they have one drug that in inferior to ours in every way EXCEPT for how it was launched, and the sales and marketing strategies since launch. Meanwhile we have multiple brands and based on todays pricing we have a Market Cap of $84.55 Million. I am not the smartest gal in the world, but it sounds like on CEO did a really good job and one CEO has done a really lousy job. Am I right, or am I missing something?

Inferior? Bwhahaha...I sell over 100 cases a week, yours does 6-7 per week in my territory. You Cumberland turds are really pathetic.

I think the turds at Cumberland are limited to a few guys at the top who make the marketing decisions, specifically one egotistical guy that will remain nameless. The Cumberland sales group were given a task that was similar to walking across a desert with only one canteen of water. Impossible to succeed in that environment.

It's a shame the board and large investors didn't have the balls to rip him a new one and get someone in there that actually made smart business decisions. The buck stops in the corner office but no one wants to hold him accountable.

I'm sorry, but it sell this crap of a drug and I am trying to get out. I'm not trying to be nasty, but you have it wrong. Ofirmev is a much better drug. I get complaints everyday about having to reconstitute and long infusion time and onset. If physicians want an NSAID, they will just go with Toradol. Like us, it's an NSAID, only a fraction of what we are charging.

It sounds like poor research into the long-term benefits of Caldolor given the already marketed drugs that were out there plus the cost of those existing drugs. Then a marketing strategy that significantly overcharged for the product. Then key management decisions to market a BRANDED product for which a comparable generic was already on the market.

The person who was in charge of the market research - pathetic result.

The person in charge of the marketing strategy - pitiful.

The person in charge - woefully incapable.

Sorry fellas, but Ofimerv had Caldolor beat before it obtained FDA approval.

I have heard of an opening for a spot at Cumberland, any suggestions? Besides "run", which is much of what I have gathered from the posts on this forum. Just looking to crack into the industry and get some sort of experience under my belt.

Go with your gut and run. Besides, we won't hire anyone without any experience. Not that we have anything to sell that's worth a damn.

This idiot knows nothing about the pharma business, he got lucky with buying Cumberland and now he is running it into the ground; hiring and letting people go and messing with our lives...........................Thanks AJ you SOB...............
