At the average tenure of the territory managers. Maybe two years average. The talent left the building a long time ago. Single digit growth and losers running the show. So yeah, the writing has been on the wall for eight years.

I don’t give a crap about any “writing on the wall” or what “talent” is here ….I have a damn good salary and am consistently making 10-15K per quarter in bonus. Works for me …

Sorry , I’m not in Texas. It’s possible to make decent $$ here.Sure I can’t compete with them for P Club but I’m still making enough $$ in bonus with a strong enough salary to keep me happy here.
