Endo severed their contract with BELBUCCA!
We are no longer getting Sales data????
Purdue made a contract to have 600 reps promoting SYMPROIC .... if it is not a successful launch expect massive layoffs

Why lay off when they can fire for non performance? No severance, no worries, Purdue keeps more money....,
 


Marv wasn't at Endo anymore when the layoff occurred. He was gone months before. That was a guy named Joe Chioffoni (who knows how to spell it?) and he just became the head of Collegium! This Joe guy never wanted to be in pain, so those reps better be concerned. As for us, who knows what will happen, but Marv wasn't a part of the Endo meltdown.
 


Upper management types tend to bounce from company to company and fuck them up(MT). But they have all this great experience on their resume?? The pharma industry has gone the way of the eight track tape player. Outdated and useless. Purdue is done. It's all over. Was a great job in it's heyday. The whole industry is circling the drain.
 


i will give it to Marv.... he has had experience in the pain area ! He also commands respect unlike LP who is clueless! Glad they are admitting our goals from last year were ridiculous! LP presentation of our new quota a 70 % increase over the previous year.... then when we did not hit our number to say NOW we have to hit 82% above last years goal! It was an impossible task CDC GUIDELINES 3/16! Only way SYMPROIC will be a success is if we have GREAT MANAGED CARE COVERAGE!!

The clown was on the job for a week when he cancelled an entire day of training for no other reason than the buzz word of essentialism. Clown gets on the phone with 60 other people and cancelled the day in the name of "essentialism".

Disrespect of Lisa and Marv are not mutually exclusive. He's an interim jock anyway and most likely won't be in this capacity for very long.

The only bit of "essentialism" is for reps to double dip if they are the least bit unhappy!
There are so many choices to dip, there's no way it can't help but brighten up your outlook! And this is probably really essential!
I enjoy the benefits of double dipping (financial) and will continue to double dip.

You won't! Purdue is never willing to bargain with MCO's! Why would they this time around?

Marvs a tool with horrible pain and leadership credentials. Just following the pathetic trail of recent new hires. Timney is the sack suck calling these shots. Guys is the biggest mistake in our industry. Dump him and we might - MIGHT have a future.

How long do you think before they pull the plug on Symproic? Anyone know about the contract specifics? What were they thinking? Another terrible move from Purdue.
