WTF happened in TS?

Another round of cluster f... confusion, confusion, confusion..
Some are obvious winners and some are obvious losers ...
Jeff Mathers and Dev Centers are winner , old TS commercial team got dismantled..
Business hates Dev Center so not sure how this will play out ..
Who has the decision making power the business Liaison or the Competency Center

Help me understand how Mathers got to VP? He dislikes the business and is basically a programmer

It's part of the JS restructure plan. Is you head in the sand? There will be many replacements along the way. JS is doing a great job clearing out the dead wood (e.g., getting rid of Tom Weck was a great start)!

It is shocking to see how many leaders have got this whole shared service model wrong. One after another they come and prop it up only to fail. How many VP's we need in TS? Frankly its time to dismantle this TS model, we need light infrastructure team in cloud era and a core contracting capability for app side. Having sector based teams in TS makes no sense - why not merge Product Lines in sector with these team, why do we need both?

I would not say that yet that JS is doing a great job. This announcement if it had his blessing then he certainly does not understand the picture.
