If any one of the field employees performed our jobs like the operations department and marketing department handle theirs, we would be fired instantly. How many errors and mistaken rollouts, bad information, effed up initiatives do we need to have before someone realizes this is what is holding back those of us in the field, especially RBM's. WAKE UP IMPAX, you can't run with the big dogs if this is how every single new thing will go: NEW THING! OOPS, SORRY MESSED IT UP! THEIR FAULT! WANT TO GET IT RIGHT! OOPS YOU CAN'T DO THAT ON AN IPAD! OOPS, WRONG DATA! NEW SYSTEM! OOPS! WRONG AGAIN! Beyond frustrating...
