South Florida especially... unbelievable Micromanagement!
No kidding. How many reps have left that team since launch.. 11 or 12?LM is crazy. She has run off some great reps and some that worked for her that are on other teams now are annoying as hell
Love some trim on my woodOnly dead wood has been shed my friend. Have to prune in the fall for strong growth in the spring. Time to trim
LM is worse than diarrhea on a hot summer day and the only option is a port a potty that is overflowing. Much worse!
Treats her reps like they are toddlers and she is the wise mother.

That is not unique to this region. Happens everywhere because they are hiring incompetent mangers who either have lost their job for poor performance at other companies or promote in-house individuals who do not questions or ask for reasons for change in policy. Who in their right mind would want to manage here with all the constant change and scare tactics used by senior management. That's right someone who could not get a job anywhere else. That includes the new hires and promotions in senior management .micromanagement x 100000000000000000000
