WTH is going on with Merz?

Every rep I talk to says their goals are through the roof and unattainable. There are those who are succeeding, many of whom bombed last year, so their goals are now reset and reasonable. But really great, consistent reps are ready to bail because they can't keep up with the increases. There are no corporate initiatives or support to help with pull through. It looks like Merz is gearing up for another great migration of great reps to other companies, which seems to happen every few years when the good reps figure out they're being hosed. Why can't this company EVER figure it out and get it right?

Merz has so much potential but it’s sleeping at the wheel , while competitors are in the fast lane. The organizational set-up and the lack of ambition of those at the top are responsible for this mess. Burchard, Bergler and Rhatigan are past their sell by date.

Very truthful observation. How much longer will the owners/ family accept mediocrity? With the right strategy and people Merz could be so much more.

goals are based all fictitious Covid years when liquidity was abundant and impossible to reach. Every rep who has been in the injectable role for over 3 years isn’t making ANY money, are very unhappy, and would leave if they had another viable opportunity. Company preaches “family” and is shoving WEF propaganda and DEI down everyone’s throat, yet it’s the least diverse workforce without not even one minority regional director. Senior leadership VP on the East (P.Jones) runs a dictatorship promoting ALL her former NYC region employees to roles they aren’t qualified for, while suppressing anyone who is up and coming unless they fit her agenda. Place was a true GEM to work at maybe 5-6 years ago. Culture has quickly gone down the drain and those have just arrived feel they were tricked into accepting a mediocre paying job

Patrick Urban’s BFF’s Mike Floegel and NJ Wazeny left Merz after they spent 3 years venting Roher Aesthetics as a viable partner to them join forces with Roher and start a new company. Smells fishy to me… Is Mr. Urban getting a piece of the Blue Ocean Aesthetics pie too as a silent partner? Mike and NJ both got a respectful company wide memo for their send off and others that leave the company are shunned as if they never made any contributions to the organization.
