The entire co-pay process is an absolute joke. Or it would be if it wasn’t so sad how the project managers care more about their relationship with Ris Rx than they do the impact their ineptitude has on patients.
Many are looking for other opportunities. This keeps getting worse. I am hoping for a miracle that Ashley wakes up and realizes the ecosystems are not working and that the only people who think they are …. Are the HD’s and HEDs. (Because they know their toast if the model changes) Genentech would be a much better place to work if we went back to therapeutic areas and away from this nonsense.
