Another crap launch. They lied to us! They told us we won't have a merit increase but our launch incentives will be high!! They don't pay us, they won't pay us.

Think about what Elanco has done this quarter to block us from making money in the main bucket. Cut rebates, cut instant rebates, not correcting vaccine, cutting both IPC and Credelio samples. They sabotaged us!

Instead of giving us help to hit the main bucket, they want us to sell some Zen! $1,500 dollars is the payout. SAy Wha?? Zenrelia makes them money, it doesn't make us money. If you knew what Zoetis was making on librela, you could see what a real company pays.

Look at the leaderboard. 3/4th's of the company aren't going to hit the placement goal. Why? Because we don't care. $1500 is not an incentive. We are doing enough to get by, that's it. 75% of the workforce won't make a penny off this launch. 75%!!!

All your hard work, all the stress for nothing.

After your post, they took down the leaderboard! It's that bad that they don't want you to see how bad it is! Maybe it's time to look in the mirror elanco, if you were a president of a college and 80% of the students are failing, maybe it's you! Maybe you need to change.
