why would you complain about this or even point this out? we see our ortho reps working 60 hour weeks and some of them are working on saturdays and Sundays. if they want to do that good for them, idiots if you ask me. I will gladly make a few grand less than them to work a third of the hours and never be told when and where to go. also those Depuy reps don’t make as much as you think they do the average rep there makes 110k

This guy gets it! And we still get to have fun strategic gamesmanship. Hours of pharma, quasi pay of device, and it’s a game!

you might be off on your numbers though, I know the Depuy rep who mirrors my territory makes well over 300k but I’m not sure if that’s common or not

I know 3 Depuy reps and all 3 of them earn over 250k. Not sure where your pullling the 110k but I think that’s what they pay their Jr associates

I wouldn’t say two jobs full time. I can only do so much screen time on OnlyFans. After awhile, my kitty becomes numb from the rubbing

how do you get over to Depuy though, that is the question. I’ve asked a few Depuy reps if there was a chance I could make the move over and they all kind of laughed me off

What the base for this role? Recruiter is saying 90k base and 75k bonus.

That seems awfully high as a first year rep. Thats what executive reps make. Maybe senior.

Depends on location / cost of living and experience. They’d love to start off an AE at $65k base. Former TAL reps had higher bases.
