What's wrong with the idiots at Wainright? Who would underwrite such a bad deal. Esperion desperate for cash now has a 56 million stock offering at 1.61. Wow! Now that's a deal especially with Daiichi getting out of the burning building. It's all about keeping the money burn going for some more months. What a failure and a mess!

They say we have enough money to last through this year. More than likely somebody is going to want their money back. We'll be lucky to last 3 months with everything that's gone wrong and continues to go wrong.

No worries. Shelly is driving the ship. Even though he just ran into an iceberg last week he says everything is fine and smooth sailing. What in the hell are we going to do. DS is sick of us and our hands out all the time.

CLEARS was a dud. And landed with a thud.

This was the last hope for ESPR.

The money burn will continue until the numb skull investors tire of loosing.

What a bunch of toxic misery Esperion has been since the Clear Data debacle. There's no hope from what I can see. Nobody has confidence in Sheldon or anyone in Ann Arbor. Joanne was blindsided with data and so was Nissan. They tried real hard to sugar coat the data but it wasn't that great. Maybe 15 years ago this might of been more exciting but bigger reductions were needed. Now we're seeing Daiichi telling us their done. This means no more money tree to pick everyday. Everyone I know is looking to get off this sinking ship. How did this end so bad?

" How did this end so bad "?

Well it started when they were hiring. Go back to the first posts.
A deceitful, lying hiring process started a toxic culture.
Question is " Who approve this process "?
Someone had to have formulated the strategy.
    Name those responsible.

It’s always darkest before the dawn, we will live on with the knowledge and power afforded by our experiences. Our data is strong and it’s up to us to create and execute a compelling vision today and tomorrow. Forward progress is not made by looking in the rear view mirror. A CLEAR focus is required, get up, dust yourself off, and move forward.

Nice job responding to your own post asswhipe. These are the type of people working at Esperion that continue to use deceit to squeeze money out of another company. It's too bad Esperion can't stand on their own two feet for once. The lying that has gone on at Esperion is shameful and heads will roll. Nothing that has been run this bad will always have consequences. If that means handcuffs and padlocking the front door of Ann Arbor than so be it. It's time to start working on an eulogy for this dumpster fire. Evil always loses!

Sage advice from the person who is depriving a village of an idiot.

We're saying for you to get off your knees and stop begging for money. Sell something would be a solution but that would involve selling skills and a product that doctors would write for their patients. Esperion has neither. This is a disgusting company with a board of directors that are crooks.

Esperion has run aground. No hope, or uptick or runway or momentum. This company has unraveled before our eyes with incompetence leading the way.

It’s important to remember that Apple was near bankruptcy 20 years ago. Our destiny is secure with the knowledge that we deliver life saving therapeutics aimed at the number one cause of death. Our path forward is wide and relatively obstacle free, we’ve got a handle on this!

They never can answer that question as it's to embarassing. Esperion has been a boileroom operation since the start. Sales are super weak. The Hail Mary Pass they threw for the Clear Data came up way short. Nothing left buy stumbling around in the dark .
