Absolute worst place to work ever

Most people are too lazy to look for another company. They are complacent to a fault. But when the ax falls, they will all be in a state of shock. "How could this happen to me," will be their cry. It's really amazing to see how naive most people are with this company! Talk with some of them, and listen to how really stupid they are in thinking they will be here another 2, 5, or 10 years! I won't even go into the obvious, i.e. micromanagement, pipeline, etc. Anyone left here knows the situation there.

When you bet your whole strategy around some silly patient profile, the company is indeed in deep shit! Things are headed south and fast. I got out and have no regrets whatsoever. Time is running out. Take your heads out of the sand, and look at the facts.

Good advice, and I think more people are pulling their heads out of the sand. The micromanagement is the same as my last my big pharma company, and in many ways, it's worse. It's really amazing how fast we adopted the old culture of big pharma, and flushed ours down the toilet.

We can thank all the big pharma coached people who know nothing more than reach and frequency as a means to an end. They haven't carried a bag much in their career and only know what milk run rigged days in the field they ride along in. Get a real perspective, how about you spend a few months in a few zip codes around deerfield and find out what the real world is like and what you give the reps to use and see how far you get. Maybe then they will figure out the lunacy they have with assigning 7-8 calls on a doctor for a trimester. Seriously is salesforce this stupid to even suggest? Most doctors wish they had the time but in today's world time is money. Last they checked there is nothing that compelling with our or most drug company's products that they are going to stop their busy day to get chatty about a patient profile. Get in, get your samples on the shelf and get out. When you want to talk, come bring lunch and we can chat when I get my 15 minute break in the day.... that's the world of today. Hellloooooo anyone home in home office? Checking in.... hellooooo....

Sales reps serve no admirable purpose.
