Avanir IT department

    I tried calling for tech support over the weekend; no one answered. I thought we were told that there would be IT support on Saturdays?

    noesis is the name of company that takes care of the IT stuff for Avanir. Not impressed with support

    Ever experience requesting a support ticket and then they close ticket without any update or fix? Happens all the time-
    I've never heard of noesis- Is otsuka using them as well?

    Is that what you call it? Service levels are terrible! My group often request support tickets and these tickets get closed out before they get the help. Usually, we respond multiple times for the same initial help requested. I've even called Jeff C. to discuss the process and usually you can't reach hiim. His voicemail is always full and he rarely returns phone calls or emails.

    reps are reaching out to otsuka for help. If they have to complain to otsuka to get help then good for us.

    Can't sell if the computer isn't working to see plan dummy. We have to log our calls as well Mr. IT. Just another example of IT problems and lack of knowledge

    Anyone notice jeff Charles actually in the office? I have seen him more in the office than ever these days.
    Collusion and kickbacks: There should be an investigation into his involvement with his IT company, selection of his vendors and other partners and how he benefitted by increasing business with them.

    Yep, he is in the actual office instead of working from home or whatever other excuse he gives Everyone so he can be out of the office. If Avanir/Otsuka only knew how how much Jeff has financially benefitted from having his IT company in house and all the other questionable activities. if they only knew...

    Sound like if he's was a sales rep
    he would be gone for sure.
    If reps make one small mistake
    or their sales are low they are let
    go immediately.
    Thus the turnover of half of the sales force.

    I agree, we would be canned. Corp office rumors about this guy is that he is cozy with management, does special favors for them, and throws everyone else under the bus. James Beitel protects him even with all this crap going on. If this stuff is even remotely true, he should be fired along with his manager for letting this happen.

    Probably time for him to go. Sounds like he made his money on the back of Avanir

    Being in the field, important that we can reach IT for help. Time and time again, Avanir IT isn't available, doesn't answer, recording. Even tickets don't get answered quickly

    Still not getting timely responses from IT. What is the secret here to get support?

    Any advise would be appreciated.

    rudest IT person I spoke with today at help desk. Why are the customers punished for non-user issues?
