I tried calling for tech support over the weekend; no one answered. I thought we were told that there would be IT support on Saturdays?
Is that what you call it? Service levels are terrible! My group often request support tickets and these tickets get closed out before they get the help. Usually, we respond multiple times for the same initial help requested. I've even called Jeff C. to discuss the process and usually you can't reach hiim. His voicemail is always full and he rarely returns phone calls or emails.So you like Avanir's computer help desk ?

I agree, we would be canned. Corp office rumors about this guy is that he is cozy with management, does special favors for them, and throws everyone else under the bus. James Beitel protects him even with all this crap going on. If this stuff is even remotely true, he should be fired along with his manager for letting this happen.Sound like if he's was a sales rep
