Question, how could morale get any worse than it already is? Not possible!

Semester 2 calibrations have already moved to the distributed ranking.... if a district has a 1, you have to have a 5, for each 2, you have to have a 4. Before it was a ranking process, but 85% were rated as 3's. Previously we had to have 4's but we didn't have to have a 5 unless there was a performance issue. You can be a solid performer and now be a 5 especially if you are in a talented district/region. Don't believe me, ask your manager as they have already had preliminary semester rating discussions with their FVP. Gen Pharma had way to many people promoted which generated this most recent change. If you are in your 20's or early 30's and trying to build a career, get the experience you need and go get a job outside the pharma industry. GSK once had great leadership but that is a thing of the past.

We understand that you people are upset with GSK after losing your jobs, but why in heck do you use this site to bad-mouth us ? Please go ahead with your life, and find a less stressful career. Please just go.

Yes indeed, when a company decides to put children lives at risk by selling drugs off label, why would you want to stay, unless you take joy in harming children?

So this is good way for GSK to drive people out without doing a layoff. Create impossible territories that piss off our providers then reward the corporate kissups who stay home doing busy work. And they wonder why sales are slipping?

We use this tactic or variations every few years................I was there in 2006 and 2007 ; a bloodbath.

Yep, they use variations to fool us.

The Calibration rating system for 2018 is discontinued for all of GSK except for the sales force. They will be thinning the heard through this new system!

" ..... thinning the heard....." ? You are not a very reliable source, nor very well educated if you spelled " herd " that way !

Look at the share price. Everyone of you should be groped and then given a 5 rating. You all stink. GSK blows.
