    Upper management has no idea how advanced or traditional these systems are. Arbitrary labels based on where some formula from our half ass analytics department. Complete joke. No one in this company from top to bottom is doing what's right for business or for the patient, their doing what's right for them. Self preservation. As long as they have TBS and HSBS pointing fingers at each other it keeps the fingers from being pointed at them.

    I prefer going bottom to top. I especially like it when my partner feels the same way. ATM baby.

    Seems funny that only select HSBS were provided a 15% salary increas as a retention incentive. Not even as much as a title change for any TBS. Corporate left them hanging. One again appreciation is given only to the upper level. Thank you BIPI
