Ever seen a fish squirm


I have been at Teva for more years than most. He was the only AD I knew.
When I heard that he was gone, while I most definitely did not go celebrating in the streets, I certainly haven’t lost any sleep over it.
I spent years watching (and listening) to him at meetings. I’ve heard (in my own opinion) what were unprofessional things that came out of his mouth. I also watched certain RSDs (and some reps) cozy up to him at meetings and laugh at all his “jokes” and slights towards working colleagues. These same RSDs (and reps) would turn around and talk behind his back. I know because my manager was one of these RSDs.
Before you start pointing the finger about how wrong it is to post negative things on this site, first look yourself in the mirror.
If you witnessed and did nothing, and in some cases took part by laughing with him, then in my opinion you have no business speaking out. Get off your high horse because you are just as culpable, as am I for watching and not saying anything.
As I mentioned earlier, I don’t rejoice in anyone being let go, but I also don’t feel bad. The thing I do feel badly about is that he will land on his feet (as we all will) and he will continue in his (in my opinion) unprofessional ways at another company.

I believe you intend no harm. However, is this your attempt at catharsis to assuage you guilty conscience?
We all land on our feet? My friend’s RSM had lunch with his brother (AKA her, his rep) every Thursday. She felt she had no choice due to her alcoholic, molesting AD but to quit without a job lined up. My other friend received a phone call one day, HR, AD, RSM was told every member of her team complained about her and no longer wanted her at Teva. Said she was horrible to work with, trouble, difficult, uncomfortable, her job ended. Funny, she had a single territory. Another friend, plowed with alcohol (her fault), then molested by her AD, in front of her RSM, of which HR and her RSM did nothing. Her job ended. I was put in a room without warning, AD to one side, HR to the other side, RSM STOOD over me, screamed at me that I was vile, hateful, negative, every member of my team complained about me and did not want to work with me. They had gone through, I believe, 2 years work history couldn’t find any violations. My job ended. Land on our feet, really? How should I tell my sexually molested friend to get over it and land on her feet. The good people, whom did not see evil coming, and, went into shock due to the physical threat of LITERALLY being cornered, or, told they were hated their team wanted them gone, being forced to steal for a RSM. Do you have any idea of what really went on at Teva? Do you have any idea of how these events affect one? I have many more stories. Oh wise Oracle please do tell.

If you and your friend were hated by your whole team, then it would seem that you and your friend were the problem.
