JJ in biologics is easily the worst manager in all of GSK, trying to make a militant primary care style work in biologics.

Sometimes I wonder if FLLs are clueless losers or just desperate to hang on to the best paying job they could ever get. Pass the koolaid.

Be sure and take notes during work contacts , document everything she does. What she says and does during the day will not match what she puts in field coaching report. When she tries to twist your words to fit her agenda , push back and let her know that she is falsifying the report. She is a bully and bullies are usually not very smart.

So GPS tracks the reps. Veeva time stamps calls. Reps certify on annual product exams. So why do we need TSMs? To tell me that I didn't "coco" well enough? This system of "rating" or "calibrating" reps needs to end! Can you tell me of another company or industry that behaves this way? Litigation is what needs to take place in the form of a class action law suit. No I'm not a "bottom feeding" attorney. Just a 19 year sales vet who has had it! We need to get this issue going viral! Youtube, twitter, etc. Change needs to happen! TSMs, just know that all of your reps have little respect for you. .. at least most of you. koolaid drinking brown nosing sycophants who would sell their grandmother for a couple of NBRx.

    K. Little. Do sales numbers matter?
Typical female leader. Too much Rah Rah and not enough about driving results.

Former FLL. You are right. Ratings are a joke. Sitting in calibrations and listening to other managers play favorites is not fair. Drop the 25% weighting and shift to regional goals for now knowing having district goals is not going to happen.

This 21 year veteran couldn’t agree with you more, but the class action suit unlikely to happen IMO. Why not? Because enough of us have had it with the GSK BS, signed the papers for the severance and left the asylum.

When regional managers began riding with reps I knew I had to get out of here. Added to that the Coco nonsense I was supposed to use on my customers became the nail on the coffin. I understand many are stuck here going through the motions. I feel lucky that I was able to leave. GSK had become a miserable situation. Will use my severence to buy time for looking for better situation. Good luck to those left behind in the asylum.

Regionals have been riding with reps since the late 80's, that just didn't happen.
