are these patient access manager positions going to be filled by the current reps or does an external person have a chance? Also which position would you recommend, the neuroscience sales or LTC?

I have a friend that called me last week about the reimbursement positions but said they would not even have a start date until sometime in the mid of Q1. He likes the company but said these roles will be the 1st internal access team, and that they will be posting soon. He didn't have more information than that.

Realistically will external candidates have a chance? What will the pay ranges be? He likes the company but I would like to hear from others about the culture and thoughts on the future of the company? Why are the start dates not going to be until mid Q1? He didn't have a lot of info, and is going to ask around. I know this is cafepharma, but I would really like honest insights, especially since I am not the only one curious about these jobs.

    Thanks in advance!

The culture isn’t great but if you keep your head down you’ll be fine. Leadership are all new to their roles, so don’t expect the experienced strategic leaders at the Director and VP level. The managers are managers, but also lack experience in areas like LTC, SP, Neurology, start up etc.. so if you have experience in these areas you’ll run circles around them.

This year I’m thankful for another year without this company going under and not being one of the people fired for having a crappy territory cut.

You might think you're controlling the board, but you know have mega mommy issues. u don't even understand why you are the way you are-think about that in the car today bonehead. You're an idiot, a loser---just like you know your mommy and daddy don't think about you every day. Please, continue your diatribe to prove my point.

Somebody needs a laxative... angry you are. Anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering.

The poop guy is right, the stock is dismal. We’ve been trending down since launch and we continue to hire 2nd string leaders and reps. Nothing from the marketing team, AM, MY etc... has made a difference. Just face the facts, we continue to underwhelm customers, patients and investors. Someone prove me wrong!
