It’s not been a secret that Amgen has had its issues, but why would you hire this person? The name is Cynthia C-M. Does anyone at Amgen know the recent story? It looks like she got hired into some sort of a cardiovascular or diabetes division or something I don’t know. What I can tell you is that she was an oncology manager at BMS for the past year and a half before she was pushed out likely with a package due to unprecedented chaos that had not been seen in years. She is extremely argumentative and stubborn, constantly picking fights with people for no good reason, such as refusing to approve expense reports based on her own rules that are not even company mandates. Her selective sycophantic favoritism is sickening. The drama went on and on as she lost the trust of not only her subordinates but even her lateral managers and supervisors. The regional director was looking for reasons to get rid of her and finally she tripped on her own shoelaces by forcing everyone to read an Evangelical Christian sales self-help book. Her district reported her and she was kicked to the curb for discrimination based on religion. Nice job Amgen you really picked a winner! I feel so sorry for her new team.
