Worst MDL employee

    OMG. I've seen so many resumes with mdl on it it's now become a running joke among recruiters. Who is this vt? Has to be the absolute worst manager in the industry.

    Actually, she's a progressive staining cancer on MDL. She pollutes the very air every time she breathes. I challenge ANYONE to prove me wrong. Of course you'll have VT herself or some brown-nose twerp proclaiming this is like any other company. What's the retention rate? Why does she have over-redundancy? Why does she hire many reps in the same area? She knows she'll end up firing most of them in a short period of time. Show of hands. How many think VT has realistic quotas? Are managers routinely discarded like the reps they were managing? She sows discord in and around the company. Talks about people behind their backs. Spreading lies and rumors. Sophomoric thinking, behavior and relationships. I'd be very surprised if she has not had any problems with any kind of relationships in her life. She has turned MDL into a running joke in the lab industry. The fact that EM has not done anything except praise and bonuses says he DOES NOT care.........not even the smallest iota. Why is this? What could possibly drive a person to continue to defend and keep a cancerous individual that is killing his company's reputation? Answer => M-O-N-E-Y. Get rid of VT and instantly watch the morale go up and retention stabilize; thus, higher profits = broader bottom-line.

    Wouldn't be the least surprised if VT puts negative things into former reps file for when a recruiter / company does a background check. This is just like VT. She gossips behind backs. She makes s#@$% up and accuses you of something really bizarre, etc....etc.....

    Very true. The whole organization is totally corrupt. Normally, in most cases, companies tend to take on the personality of its' CEO / owner. In this case that's true AND to compound it EM unleashes VT to his employees. He is a piece of s$#%. He should go back to Israel for what he has allowed happened to his employees.
