That previous post mentions Ironshore treating reps like adult, really? Ha! The ceo must be posting it. The guy curses, behaves like a f***ing tyrant and treats everyone like shit ...

This company is a joke, but I guess it's a place to hang your hat while waiting for something better. No pipeline, Reps can't sell, Managers can't manage, managed care coverage sucks (for the life of me I cannot figure out what our NAMs do all day!!). I'm hoping something better comes along soon.

We have no coverage. They claim we do. We don’t. Go run an Rx. That team is making money doing nothing. Thieves

This company was the worst experience of my life. It was the first time I truly experienced a panic attack. My chest got tight and the room started to spin and I thought I was going to collapse. I got the flu because they cut corners on the insulation and my desk was next to a window, and I had to wear my winter coat and gloves and hat while sitting at my desk all day. I asked to leave 20 minutes early one day because my toddler had an ear infection and I needed to pick him up from daycare and was denied. Management constantly cursing and fighting with one another. It's not uncommon to hear them shout F bombs in the office. Screaming matches are a common occurrence.

They are so quick to write you up for making mistakes without getting to the true root cause of why mistakes are being made. I had to come into work while having a miscarriage, and was told "at least you were early enough you didn't feel the baby move yet." Trying to work through tears and heartache, I made a minor mistake and instead of bringing the mistake to me, the person who caught it brought it up to my boss's boss and I got written up. Even though they knew what I was going through and they did not care. Too damn bad, leave it at home, that's your personal life and this is your professional life.

During the summer the Mr. Softee truck used to come through the complex and we would all take a few minutes to buy ice cream because it was the little bit of joy we'd get during the day. The CEO saw us do it and told us all to go back inside and get back to world and then told the Mr. Softee man to stop selling ice cream in his complex.

Pay, benefits, bonuses, work/life balance are all sub par. Walking out of that building was the most liberating day of my life. I could breathe again.

But if you do take this job, make sure you dress as professionally as possible or you'll get a talking to. No "little pumpkin" t-shirts on Halloween or anything fun like that if you're seven months pregnant. Seriously, they'll make you change your shirt or cover it up.

The place is a dump. It's dirty, it smells bad, and the cafeteria is gross. Parking is horrendous.

This place will ruin your career and your reputation. Run. I completely changed career paths after this horrid company, and I'll never go back.

Worst company I’ve ever seen. Don’t bother applying…you’ll be extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t even call it a real company; it’s so poorly run. Leadership is terrible, the sales force can’t sell, the Market Access team can’t secure coverage to save their lives, promotions are based on favoritism and kissing the owner’s butt, the owner is cheap as hell and curses people out at meeting. I can go on and on. Bottom line, it’s a miserable place to work which is why the turnover is probably the highest in the industry.
