Restructuring, optimization, rebuilding the plane while we fly it, whatever they want to call it....there will be positions eliminated.

not calling it a lay-off keeps it positive sounding and a business necessity due to these “trying times” as opposed to the culmination of failures already in play.
 
You will get an invite for a call on 1/25. That will be the notification to satisfy WARN. There will be about a 33% reduction overall and several territory and regional re alignments. That’s all I can share without risking identifying myself.

Thank you for sharing. Looks like I need to polish off my resume. Alkermes is getting ready to expand, hopefully some of us can make over there before getting cut.
