So funny, sad but true. Many are feeling the same way in pharma. Global transformation is a disaster.
 


The beautiful about Sandoz is we are so over staffed for what we generate. They could cut so many heads and still make the same and could have for 6 years.
It will happen once we are separate but gravy train central for such a losing group.
