We at SANDOZ are accomplishing NOTHING

I hate the fact that a large number of us at NVS are salaried and much of our pay is based on BPF (company wide performance), and our BPF is perpetually dragged down by Sandoz, and then people like that bragging about not doing anything.

so you are referring to the entire market Access group at Sandoz.

literally over 4 million in salaries in that group alone who manage absolutely nothing! I am not talking about the gpo field group who barely do nothing. I am talking about the market access nam and ram group. Who truly do nothing

if you are upset NVS go talk to mark he knows how worthless this group is. Waste of big salary.

Big fail by Vas at the “townhall” yesterday. Pigeonhole questions were more negative than any prior I’ve seen. Didn’t really make folks feel any better about flipt or CwR.
