Obviously senior management wants people to leave. The environment here has become even less tolerable after the reorganization. Just when you think Novartis can’t stoop any lower.
 


This has been what they do all along. They set an outrageous goal, we work like hell to try and meet it and most often fall below the threshold, yet upper management meets their internal goal. They get PAID, we don’t. It’s a Win/Win for them EVERY time.

They used them to lie about utilization, hoodwink the shareholders, and fuck the reps by bloating their goals.
