Did you ever see anything as ironic as the mental health ribbons that are being given out for free around the site! This place doesn't give a f*ck about mental health, the place is full of nothing but bullies, especially those "in power" ! Management bullying supervisors into putting pressure on operators for numbers when operators are already at their limit! Supervisors bullying them then by using their "risk of being sacked" shite if you don't hurry up and pass parts. People are shouting at others in there and nothing is being done, evidently Abbott clonmel does not hold a "no bullying policy", they think putting a few ribbons on display or making you sign off a no bullying policy on sumtotal is enough to suffice

And then there's the threatening of our bonus if we don't give good answers on the Your Voice Count survey, shor my voice doesn't count if you are trying to feed me the answers
 








Anyone planning a protest for the customer appreciation day? Scandalous screwing over 40% of your staff by telling them all their hard work and getting good reviews is just been pissed on! We should all get up and walk back to the lines and work for the hour!

No we will respect people with heart disease but if they keep treating staff with distain it might be better for everyone if they moved the whole place to Asia or south America.
 










Funny when it’s a thief that’s giving out about people on a social welfare payment ;) you might of forgotten but the rest of us haven’t maybe it’s just a Quinnidence hehehe. Shhhhh
