Recruiter told me 130k base. I am still waiting for next round of interviews. For those that have had their next round of interviews with 2 managers, what advice can you share?

Really performance plan after missing goal? Is it absolutely unattainable. ?
I’m going to apply for the Chicago Role.
 


Yes, you will be put on a plan if you miss quota twice and quotas are pretty crazy. Turnover is high and no one stays long. I stayed for 14 months before finding a better opportunity.
 




Have my first verbal interview with Paretek next week. How hard are these goals to hit??. Base is relatively ow with my years of experience so hoping goals are relatively easy to hit.
