Recruiter told me 130k base. I am still waiting for next round of interviews. For those that have had their next round of interviews with 2 managers, what advice can you share?
 




Ask them why turnover is so high, quotas are absurd, and why you will be put on a plan if you miss your quota twice. This place is only for the desperate job seeker.
