I agree. Duane doesn’t put any limits on his incredible stupid idea…. I need to make it look like we are selling more Leqvio than we are by year end. So let me pay reps a ridiculous amount on a free syringe.
What did he think would happen? Of course Duane, the VPs, Regional Directors all still have their jobs. The lowly reps out so Novartis can act outraged by this situation. Novartis could see how much was shipping and to where yet did nothing to stop it. This company is pathetic.

This is clearly the worst situation I’ve seen here. Leqvio has been the biggest failure this company has had in a long time. Did any thought go into this launch whatsoever? Novartis treats its people like shit. Especially its reps. Karma is a bitch Duane.
They took the limits off early on. They forced the reps to go full speed. They changed the rules weekly.
Then it came time to pay the bonus.
I have no idea how those miserable fuckers (Duane, Jeff, Sandeep) sleep at night.
Well, they all probably get 30+% of Salary in LTI, and another 25 in STI. They are sleeping just fine.
Sleep number 65. You should get one, I highly recommend it.
Do the bare minimum until all three are shown the door
Training reps to tell MDs it was ok to use Leqvio samples for any patient even though the sample arrived to the office with a specific patient’s name on it. Something doesn’t seem right!
That's not even in the top five worst things about it.
Remember, it started with a specific allotment.
When they quickly realized they couldn't even give it away, they pulled the caps and shoved it on the accounts that would actually take it.
We all know who was doing the real shoving. Eventually the people conducting the investigation will as well.
Sure, they decided to stick it to the reps while they hide in their offices.
But the ones who unceremoniously took the fall told their stories on the way out.

What has happened in CRM the past 2 years has been an atrocity. The idiots on top have yet to take accountability for what has been a colossal failure. It’s been the reps bearing the brunt of their incompetent decisions. Nothing changes at Novartis.

know one is saying anything in this thread. Are they being investigated or not? Yes this was totally unethical to tell reps but they did this all over the country. I definitely would spill the beans with this terrible division and company
