What has happened in CRM the past 2 years has been an atrocity. The idiots on top have yet to take accountability for what has been a colossal failure. It’s been the reps bearing the brunt of their incompetent decisions. Nothing changes at Novartis.

The is NO CRM. CRM was dismantled nearlyb3byrars ago, when it was announced the "R" aspect (Renal drug) would be spun off into its own division. Thus the devolution of CRM into CV.

know one is saying anything in this thread. Are they being investigated or not? Yes this was totally unethical to tell reps but they did this all over the country. I definitely would spill the beans with this terrible division and company

what happened? How could they get in trouble? Every rep I know gave clinical indication and explained how FTO worked as trained by novartis. If the office faxed it in for wrong patient type on their own how would it be those reps fault? Doesn’t make any sense specifically because of HIPPA- u can’t see or know patient info

I’m going to bet some reps filled it out and faxed it in for their providers, as my manager suggested I should do…..
