I have been interviewing in the East and was wondering what all the background check entailed that you need to sign for them? Most companies just say you have to have one but don't mess with them. i have a clean motor vehicle record, not a sex predator, never committed a felony, drug test would be OK but it also says they check your credit? Is it just in the language or do they really do it and for what? Who wants their employer running their credit.
Run, run, run. The company is a scam and being sued by the government for Medicare fraud. Do not work there and don't believe anything they tell you.
Run away as fast as you can. Everything you are told is a lie. Pay sucks. They will find loop holes to not pay bonuses you earned. Payroll bounces. And numerous lawsuites against the company for fraud against Medicare and the employees. If you like micromanagement and someone calling you 3-4 times a day to see what you are doing, take the job. Just wanted to let you know what it is like.
