In the interviewing process, how many candidates for each territory usually move on to the final interview with the RD? Thanks.
Pay is the best. Would gladly put up with the dramatics of whatever you think is so awful about the management.
Ignore the losers. Its a good company to work for and the pipeline looks good. 401k cant be beat and you get a company car. Entitled whiners seem to forget how good they have it. Bunch of babies
LOL- pipeline?? What pipeline? Don’t fool yourself- 401k, salary, benefits and opportunity there can indeed be beat. Forever grateful for the opportunity I had there and even more grateful to have advanced into another company with a diverse pipeline and endless opportunities for transformation and growth.
I certainly would not build my future on Otsuka or this industry. With reps having less and less influence and impact on prescribing decisions we are putting way too much hope into an uncertain situation while our bills are a certainty.
Criticise my post then rights "endless opportunities for transformation and growth" Youre clearly a kool aid drinker yourself
“Writes” lmao thank god we dont have to email providers because we don’t know basic grammar. I love that the banter here is no different than high school
Pharma in general is this anymore. Dosen't matter the position, it's not about doing the right thing anymore or even about the daily business, it's about being childish Aholes daily on any level. Go on a vacation and you will be questioned about your seriousness of the business or will be work with'd on your 1st day back. Either way it's all about being a child in this Industry anymore. Counter partners that believe that are super salespeople w/ super charm. Partners trying to throw each under the bus just to basically get out of work they didn't do. It's all finger pointing and pointless. Managers that can't find anything to do except "nix" you on the next ride along. Conference calls w/ no meaning. RMs that believe everyone is actually doing daily business calls. Pharma isn't about doing business for the company's bottom line anymore it's about drama filled months and years concerning who can get the one up on each other or managers that take everything personal because they are so insecure w/ themselves or their ability to actually conduct any daily business. It's the most upside down Industry and if you have conversations w/ people w/ real jobs you will quickly find out that Pharma is Romper Room on steroids.
this makes otsuka look like a saint compared to my last company. My boss slept/flirted with some of my docs and slept with the guy in charge of her overpaid salary before I was a rep in the territory and it was so obvious she was unable to engage the specialists clinically because I gave them new information my first day *insert eye roll*. she had another business and literally did no duties related to a manager with me. It could be worse lol!
