FTO vs. Samples

If you have an area that utilizes more FTO's than another you get rewarded. Each FTO costs the organization more money than samples. Why do we give credit for FTO's at this organization? Samples way more economical and higher profit margin for the organization. We were told last year to use samples over FTO's and areas of country making more money than others because they don't use samples as much. So many things in this organization are not right!! Don't give credit for FTO's and let us see who is really selling the product.

Same here. That exact question was asked at our Area meeting last week. The official answer was some patient compliance bs but its all because its a script like poster states. Totally ridiculous if costs the company more $ than samples, but they need to show Entresto growing for stockholders and marketing purposes.
