I'm being serious when I say -if you don't know what the range is- then you are over your head and don't have rare Disease experience. That being said -this isn't a rare Disease role anymore. If the field force makes it after the takeda buyout you will be selling an ibd drug first line with maybe a little Gattex in 2nd postion. If anyone tells you otherwise they are wearing blinders.
 
The integration with Takeda should be bomb diggity fun!!!

Expect to be downsized after the Takeda takeover. As for the salary they base it on your base salary for the last 3 years W-2’s. Don’t be expecting any great $$$$ offer from Shire.

dont worry that most districts have
almost no one with over 2 years experience. Take over from takeda is not an issue. Welcome aboard
