interviewing for a Gattex position. Wondering what the salary range is? Culture? Please only serious answers.

I'm being serious when I say -if you don't know what the range is- then you are over your head and don't have rare Disease experience. That being said -this isn't a rare Disease role anymore. If the field force makes it after the takeda buyout you will be selling an ibd drug first line with maybe a little Gattex in 2nd postion. If anyone tells you otherwise they are wearing blinders.
Expect to be downsized after the Takeda takeover. As for the salary they base it on your base salary for the last 3 years W-2’s. Don’t be expecting any great $$$$ offer from Shire.
rhe key to getting the job is do not ask questions just answer our questions and do not appear to be a thinker. Additionally, when we say we want a hunter that's code for we want someone who is a sheep and goes along mindlessly. dont worry that most districts have almost no one with over 2 years experience. Take over from takeda is not an issue. Welcome aboard
