Any chance we will get goals before the quarter is over?

No, after you get zero payout you'll get your changed goal to reflect that zero payout.

Most likely get them early next week before the Labor Day Weekend. Then right before the payout you will also have a conference call telling everyone there has been PMOTS that were not recorded correctly by SPS. Certainly not Radius fault for not keeping track of product in and product out internally. So your PMOTS will be corrected and you will receive your dollar amount bonus from your manager with a follow-up email. However your manager will just text you and there will be no conversation. Do not fight this, because it is not their fault, they believe in you, just continue doing your best for the patient.

    Have you had enough.

They already know how the quarter is going to end up. They have 5-6 weeks of direct out the door sales. Why the delay, easy to give goals that keep payouts low. Keep expenses down (no more speakers, etc). A lot of manipulating to keep stock price higher.
Waiting for the patch? What makes you think it will be any different? Give me one example...

What could have been with comptent HO leadership

  6. The total inconsistency in payouts and goals, the batshit crazy HR women, and the shitty stock price are driving good reps away. Only work here as long as you need to. My resumes are on the street as of last week.

This is absurd. For your information there have been many successful lemonade stands and bake sales all summer and we are so so close to being able to afford to actually study our super awesome drugs in our pipeline. Everything’s fine!

I think senior leadership and HR ate our cookies from the bake sale and drank the lemonade before they were able to sell anything. Or maybe they actually did sell their cookies and lemonade, but didn't keep track of how much they sold. No cookies or lemonade money for us.

Took at look at enrollment sites for patch. Could to find in either NIH website or Clinical gov trial site. 470 patients to be rolled and completed by end of 2019? Are we sure there was even an enrollment, seems like it should be in either of these websites. Perhaps just another example of lack of transparency by senior management. The stock went up 6% after announcement of enrollment... Does anyone have a site in their territory that they are aware of.

There is a huge difference in being a site and ready to enroll. Just means that they are interested but contract for being a site is not signed. This is a lot of paperwork and unless you organization is a research machine takes a lot of work. The protocol should be available for viewing somewhere. Still skeptical, 400 plus patients before end of year, thats a lot for a disease state that does not create much interest.
