Yeah, you would think Takeda would start cutting some of these large DM salaries. They get a base that's usually twice that of a rep, then the bonuses are ridiculous.
Base - 200K probably average or higher
Bonuses - 80K probably
Other bonuses we don't know about: PSAR's, RSU's, and so on, and so on. I think they get like 4 different extra ones that reps don't. I bet you a DM averages close to 300K or more after all the payouts, all for basically being a crash dummy ride along pest and approving expense reports.

Don’t manage immature people that need to be managed
Won’t manage anything that requires a conversation with a manager on another team
Couldn’t put a single ass in a chair at a speaker program if their life depended on it
Spend most of their ride time talking shit about everyone else on theIr team
No one follows them
Zero accountability for anything
Want you to move mountains for them, They never lift a little finger for you
