It’s so annoying that Takeda has so many in management. How many people does it take. RST are a complete joke. They are want to be managers. DM,RD,RST,Area Manger. Ridiculous. Oh and JB voice is so annoying!
Yeah, you would think Takeda would start cutting some of these large DM salaries. They get a base that's usually twice that of a rep, then the bonuses are ridiculous. Base - 200K probably average or higher Bonuses - 80K probably Other bonuses we don't know about: PSAR's, RSU's, and so on, and so on. I think they get like 4 different extra ones that reps don't. I bet you a DM averages close to 300K or more after all the payouts, all for basically being a crash dummy ride along pest and approving expense reports.
