Has anyone received a job offer for the expansion? Or is there a freeze across the board?

This is extremely disappointing. Did they give these people that left stable jobs to come here at least a severance? Y’all have a feeling like I do that we were conned on the culture?

Downsizing pre major event is a classic tactical move when leveraging synergy savings and recurs cost in effort to Improve GTN WHEN negotiating the value of the sale of enterprise . Hiring freeze is stage 2 , layoffs stage 2. Less employees they have at sale, less they need to pay severance

They have never intended to keep this company afloat. Only sell. You guys have been pawns this whole time and there is no job stability for you

I advise you find another you can work concurrently until you can cash out on that vested stock….if it ever sells

If you have an offer from this company keep looking. Do not quit your current job. All the more reason not to take this job in the NW is the manager Brady. If you do take the job your life will be miserable!

Everyone needs to calm down. This was already part of the plan. There was no way to know prior to launch which territories were viable or what coverage would be like. We had always planned for a realignment once we knew the layout. Most of the layoffs (not firings) were in low market territories, by no fault of the reps. They did receive severance. I’m sure some have other job offers already. Let’s just keep focusing on rebuilding.

Viable? Territories are built and approved on their viability genius. And you’re so right, Atlanta, Houston, Richmond, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Detroit, Baton Rouge obviously are shit markets.

No way. We haven’t even been on the market for a full year. No company would do that this early in the game.

yes, they would! Previous company laid off ppl 6 months after launch. Territories were impacted by non formulary coverage. Company got tired of paying $85k plus to have goose eggs

You would have either been laid off soon or having to interview for your job again, if it actually ever sells. There was never meant to be any stability here. This company was founded with a for sale sign on the door.

Thanks for the good thoughts. I've got my resume back out there and have begun the process again. I just hate interviewing.
