medical team massive exit?

As an MSL, I can admit I make no difference at this place. I work, meaning I check the boxes necessary, but Novo Nordisk for not care for independent thought. I, like most of my colleagues, do what we have to do to get paid. If “medical” were eliminated, no one would know or care - internally or externally.
I am so shocked by this. This sucks. I mean really. Come on!

Speed of Trust was a crock of shit. Transparency and fairness eroded. Now we can just APPOINT Field Directors without letting people apply. Must have had some amazing experiential deliverables

Wake up There is always a “preferred candidate” interviews are an HR formality. Sorry you had to hear it here first

prostituted off is SPOT ON.

Diabetes has to juggle 30-40 reps and DE. Obesity has 10 reps. CV has 3-4 reps. Nash has 0 reps and no product for years

RLGA: all of FMA needs to support the present business instead of the future

Truths! Ever notice other TAs get promoted way faster or win COE with ease? How one can move to senior and then to executive ML in a blip without much to show for it is interesting… There are colleagues in the diabetes TA that can’t even get senior despite the same or more efforts.

It is pretty wild when this happens. The claim is, “it’s required by HR to post a position and have a minimum of 3 candidates.” All too often we see the shoe in candidate who somehow is above these rules. How? NNI, if you’re going to hold some positions to that said standard, shouldn’t they all? People aren’t given a fair chance of promotion or opportunity when on the sidelines is the anointed one. Total BS.
