If Indian talent is so good, how come Indian pharma companies are borderline criminal entities being fined $$$ by FDA, killing patients, banned from US frequently?
Yes, Indian local talent is cheaper, but you get what you pay for. If we want our company to become India Inc, then our long term prospects will be torpedoed. we will end up as another third world pharma con-job. Not good.
There probably are talented people in hyd but Novartis either don't hire them or retain them when they do. The quality of the work out of the CoE is a testament to that.
