I have a problem with the leak. Why was this leaked to certain investors prior to the announcement. This is corruption to the highest degree.

Relax. It’s not like they were selling influence to China, Ukraine or the Middle East.

Haha the FTC has lost exactly 1 case. But yes the Biden administration is anti business and this is unprecedented. If they win then Amgen or horizon will sell off 2 pipeline assets in the end. Which is ridiculous as neither are slam dunk approvals or blockbusters. Yet another example of Biden being the worst president in history. Ironically Tim backed him.
 


Big Pharma v FTC. It’s a toss up. This will all play out as presidential nominations kick off. Left v Right. Where do you draw the line -Pfizer v Seagen and so on…it’s a power play against big pharma

If Pfizer and Seagen happens with no FTC problem the fix is definitely in. Tim backed the wrong administration.
 


For those that like working at Horizon this is great news. This will delay the close at least 6 months if not a year. Likely will have to sell 2 early stage compounds. If Amgen backs out because it takes to long than its a positive because no one will be doing any acquisitions during this Biden regime as this will serve as a precedent. And I doubt any employee was happy with $116.50. If (and seems like a big if) we go about things alone and can figure out Tepezza our share price will be worth way more than $116.50.

This hurts, because now they will discover the 340b scam of allotting vials to favored reps. This whole toxic and corrupt culture is going to get exposed and our stock will crater. Our best bet was for some idiots like Amgen to buy us. Everyone here knows we are a Ponzi scheme.

The smartest ones moved on a few weeks ago and and are now making bank already and not having to deal with the favoritism and corruption here. Wish I would have gone with her.

this is nothing more than stock manipulation at its finest by “unnamed” sources at the FTC. These pols routinely trade the stocks they regulate for financial gain. their timing during COVID was exquisite, piling up big gains. So corrupt. No judge is going to approve this potential suit. It’s all theater

Although delayed, Amgen will prevail. Search all the litigation wins amgen has. I've heard they have almost 100 in house counsel, most Harvard trained. The feds and dems have no chance. I love your all theater reference.

Sorry but you are wrong. A number big Amgen shareholders did not support Horizon acquisition. FTC suit gives Amgen an easy out now.
