    This game is just the beginning of the stupidity. Role playing virtually so a manager can write up a Field Coaching Guide . Let’s face it people we don’t need all these managers and can we micro manage anymore?????

    oh yeah, and ZS, McKinsey, etc types love role play because they don't know any better

    Wait what have you heard about role-playing virtually? I know managers aren’t going to be in offices with us but why would we do role-playing?

    When can managers ride with us again?
    The offices don't want managers in at all and especially now and have all told me that via text . They won't allow reps in for awhile and not managers till next year at the earliest. What are all these DSM's going to do? They only need one for every 100 reps to approve expense reports.

    I like my manager. If he's not around who is going to remind me about sample inventories, LMS training classes I'm late on, car milage I've forgotten to enter, code of conduct classes I can't find, how to operate my OKTA, how to do my expense report, remind me I need receipts, remind me what range of personal miles I need to stay out of trouble, where to find TED Talks, how to get display requests funded, how to even begin to do my yearly goals in WorkDay, how to get Vendor Credentialing requested, how to do Veeva Engage, etc.

    I am a lazy sack of excrement.

    Come to think of it, they don't need me or him.
