    Unless I am missing something in your question, I'm going to have to defer to the industry people here. From the physician end, any dollar amount attributed to "payment" gets reported under the Sunshine Act, and alcohol is not distinguished as part of that amount as far as I know. Consequently, these are not specific concerns or decision points for physicians attending these programs. Other thoughts?
