I have an inside line on a position that will be opening up at Ivoclar in the coming months. I’m debating pursuing it. I’m currently making around 75 to 85K per year outside of dental. I’m pretty sure I can get an interview if I want it. Can someone give me some insight into this company? Do they micromanage? What is compensation like? Any information at all would be appreciated.
Ivoclar is a great company with great compensation. You'd easily make and soon exceed what you are currently being paid. They really don't micromanage, you are self directed mostly. Great product/Great company!! Can't go wrong! Good luck!
