Rating system has to go.



The completely incompetent managers now in place love a rating system that rewards their little chosen favorites. They can work on made up stupid projects together while the rest of us actually work. Sales skills have nothing to do with the ratings, quite the opposite!
 
Attorneys,LOOK INTO THE AVERAGE AGE OF THE OVERLAY REPS! If this was not a clear case of AGE DISCRIMINATION, I don't know what is? A clear effort to make older reps quit!!!
