Rating system has to go.

    Why can't we have a year end performance review like every other company in the world does?

    The completely incompetent managers now in place love a rating system that rewards their little chosen favorites. They can work on made up stupid projects together while the rest of us actually work. Sales skills have nothing to do with the ratings, quite the opposite!

    Surprise! Now you know why everybody has stopped working. I think with this new realignment it has finally come to a head just like a giant zit about to burst! Lol!

    Attorneys,LOOK INTO THE AVERAGE AGE OF THE OVERLAY REPS! If this was not a clear case of AGE DISCRIMINATION, I don't know what is? A clear effort to make older reps quit!!!
