KW and Gartner focus is a waste of money for sure. But let’s not pretend that we have actual talent in Make and Deliver that does anything special. These functions could all be outsourced and would immediately be 100% more efficient

The only people that know the answer to that question are the high-level finance people. Let’s face it, JNJ only cares about whether it worked financially.

No because we still have 140k employees and margins aren't improving. Supposedly MD supply chain contributes more than 40% of those headcount.

They will keep cutting on MD and minimally on Janssen. It will never end. Fire then Hire. Fire whites then hire minorities. Their way of accelerating their quotas. Overall headcount has not changed. Supply Chain should be completely eliminated before additional Make cuts. Cut the fat before the meat. Literally.
