Well the Executioner LP didn't take long to swing his ax and begin to chop, chop, and chop. It was a very nice National Meeting in Puerto Rico................Kool Aid being readily drank, the singing of Kumbaya as we held hands and then three months later BAM...............territories are being "restructured".

I wonder how the upcoming pocket meetings are going to be: shall we say.............interesting............depressing, and filled with Primary Care 101...........Its time to get the hell out of Dodge.....................Oh Japan what the hell is going on?

Profitability at all cost, that's whats going on. Instead of growing our way to profitability we are slashing and redeploying. Or crashing and burning culturally.

6 years into launch we should have had a pediatric indictation by now. Imagine the little kids going through chemo with a smiley face patch on their arm keeping the CINV at bay.

We could have dominated this niche market. Anyone see that Emend is working on that front already? Instead we spin our wheels in circles with new leadership every year lots of wheel spinning but getting pretty much no where in comparison to where we could be.

Who was affected by the restructuring? How many territories were closed and who got let go?
 
I heard six reps total were let go; 3 Central, 3 on the East Coast. You are right we should of had a pediatric indication a new niche in the market would of been nice, extended the patent and given some new life to Sancuso.

But LP comes in with nothing but a primary care mentality; we all we fed a big pile of bull crap at Puerto Rico and then he cut lose, all lip service. How in the hell can we respond to market trends when we get data that is 3 months behind.

Now they are going to turn us into robots at the district meetings because LP is wanting us to become primary care robots..................I am sure glad someone from Japan is coming over to babysit him....................the life and enthusiasm of this company is sucked dry, no one wants to work here anymore and everyone is looking to get out of this sinking ship.

This idiot LP is going to ruin the lives of all of us did I say this guy is an IDIOT..........
 
Don't bother appealing to the Scots or the japanese for help folks. They're the numbskulls behind these decisions. Year after year, f-up after f-up, same people sit in the same chairs in Scotland. They could care less about us building a 'competitive oncology company ready to take on new products'. Its all about today's financials - and if sales are flat, and the profits are still expected to grow, then heads will roll... That's the way it is here - get used to it!
 
Well then LP will be gone next year because this idiot knows NOTHING about the oncology market and now is freaking out because sales are down, we wont make our numbers; none of us will make bonus and he is cutting territories to increase profit..............BUT guess what, sales will NOT come in at what they are projecting...............So our little Japanese doll will be with out a colored in eye ball...................

I am one of many who are actively looking; so when we leave they will hire in MORE primary care and a much lower salary...................man LP you are such a smart a-hole...................NOT
 
You are right LP knows NOTHING about the oncology market and the only reason GA likes him is because he is his whipping boy and drinking buddy. But when Japan sees and they probably know that we are NOT going to be coloring the other eye ball on our little dolly. This company should of had a pediatric indication for the patch and we would of really had some opportunity to make some kind of damn bonus.

Everyone I have talked to is looking, looking, and praying to find something. LP can just sit back and ask all of his primary care friends to come on for the ride; but listen primary care friends; just know he is cutting salaries so what you are offer is significantly lower than what we were hired in on..................

So LP let me ask you this: You promised we will hit our target, but you obvious know that isn't going to happen; so why did you lie to us, why did you tell everyone that its going to be alright at the National Meeting; how can you look in the mirror and stand yourself...............Liar Liar pants on fire......................
 
Gary is primary care too, so LP doesn't threaten him with all that oncology mumbo jumbo!
 
Please.................................just because you came from primary care Lenny and know NOTHING about oncology shows that you are desperate and know your days are numbered. Just because you cut territories doesn't mean that sales are increasing, its nice to know that you are sweating, and cant sleep at night....Tick, Tick, Tick, that's time dwindling down big boy.....................looks like you are going to be fire again............
