Is radicava difficult to get reimbursed? What are the biggest issues with getting people on it? Are there territories that do well- and where are they?

If it’s as bad as you people have said on the page I will steer clear. But their must be something good about the company?

    Complaints, bitching, whining and moaning.

State your solutions! What specifically would you do if you were in change?

Fire every lying, brown nosing, suck up, dumb, big pharma, back stabbing idiot in Jersey City, starting with PT. But in reality, its probably too late, the well is poisoned, your people think and know you are corrupt and selfish and know you would just as soon sacrifice them to save your ass cover up your incompetence. The leadership is selfish and petty and small minded, you only think and know big pharma crap that was long ago proved unsuccessful and unproductive. Second, relocate out of Jersey City, the culture of people in that part of the country is part of the problem. There is a reason that no one EVER wants to live in northern NJ, why in the world would you locate a company there, you are going to fill it up with kind of people who would live there, and from that you get MTPA. Hire people who know rare disease, and know how to do it well, because you don't have a clue. Stop treating your employees like crap, and stop running your company in an adversarial way toward them. Why you are at it, gut HR & compliance, they are as corrupt as they come. That's a start, but we both know you won't do any of it, tread water, live in below mediocrity, keep your job at all cost, die sad and unfulfilled, that's the path you are on, and my guess it you won't leave it anytime soon.

Basically you are the cartoon villain version of a leader and the kind of boss your colleagues would actually hate.

You have no idea how to run a company. Your first moves would cripple the company and put it at incredible risk. You would probably have the attention of every Pharma regulatory body and plaintiff lawyer in the country.

Good luck out there cartoon villain Pharma CEO.
