How is it that Insys currently has a training class going on when they just turned 30 employees lives upside down with a non notice termination due to “a declining TIRF markeyplace. Has that marketplace made a sudden turn around in the past week since 30 were cut. What ever happed to the idea of offering displaced people other opportunities within the company versus hiring new people.

They will be replacing all of the reps who have been here two year or more. Legal wants all the old deadwood out as part of the settlement.

Hopeless attempt to keep the ship afloat. The damage has already been done in the majority of physician's minds. Many docs want nothing to do with this company, new reps/management or not.

Then why the hell is Colt still there? And at Corporate you still have 2+ tenured execs & directors that need to go. You can keep rotating out the old & bringing in the new but nothing will change while ‘greed’ rules. It’s all about the fat cats sucking out just a little more money til it’s all gone An illusion for the public.

New reps were let go among the 12. It’s less expensive to keep reps that were hired in the days before a college education of any experience was needed.

Two weeks of training where compliance is overemphasized, then you get out in the field and managers make unrealistic, aggressive, demand to produce Rxs, pit you against your districtmates to produce. Prey on your feeling of inadequacy compared to team mates that have been in the field for longer than you and encourage/drive you into being more pushy than you are comfortable with and blur the compliance boundaries. Why turn over the sales force without turning over the abusively hostile, text string intimidating managers.

^^^^ wow! Well said. I’m looking forward to hearing that colt got shit caned....it’s not if but when it happens. He will have a hard time finding work doing anything other than twirling a $5.99 buffet sign outside of CiCis pizza. That goofy looking ass licker will be sad once he realizes he could never cut it in big Pharma or really any other company. He literally went from bussing tables at Outback to selling Subsys off label, real winner.
