What is it like to work for i3? I get the long hours as with any CRO, but what else can you share?

Run. Just run. I've never seen a company that cares so little about employee quality of life.

People in my department are pulling all nighters and the managers don't care.

A job is what you make of it. It depends whether you are working directly for i3 or oursourced and what country you are in. My experience in the UK (outsourced) is that we are told to work contracted hours and no more without prior approval, treated fairly and with respect.

I have worked for i3 for 5 yrs... as a Sr CRA and Lead CRA in project management. Its a great place to work. I have (at times) worked 60-70 hrs in a week, but that takes into account the airline issues as well. My regional manager is 2nd to none. My only complaint is the operating systems are a little outdated. i3 is in need of newer software, and systems to make the regional CRA's life run a little smoother.

I am working for I3 for 3.5 years as CRA. Everyone with few exceptions is looking for a new job.

    Game over

Ditto!! inVentiv is a horrible place to work for. They foster hostile work environments all over.

They just don't care about their employees. SEEK LIFE ELSEWHERE!!!
